In January 2026, thanks to a generous grant from the Winnipeg Foundation and Manitoba Arts Council, GroundSwell undertook a feasibility study to determine the best way for small to mid-sized music based organizations to share resources and become more resilient.
11 organizations participated in the research with 6 confirmed members joining us in the creation of our co-operative and resource sharing hub.
